1. Service Cancellation
- Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing an order for one-time services to be eligible for a full refund (if no work has started).
- If work has already started, partial charges may apply depending on the stage of completion.
- For scheduled training or consultation, cancellations should be made at least 48 hours before the session for a full refund.
2. Subscription and SaaS Refunds
- A full refund is available if cancellation is requested within 7 days of purchase and before service usage.
- No refunds are applicable for subscription periods already used.
- Refunds for renewals are considered case-by-case and are not guaranteed.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Domain registrations and transfers.
- Third-party tools, plugins, or services purchased on behalf of the client.
- Hosting fees already paid to external providers (unless they issue a refund).
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Delays caused by banks or payment gateways are beyond our control.
- If the original payment method is unavailable, an alternative will be arranged.
5. Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly through communication.
