Details

We are looking for an Accountant to aid in all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. Accountant responsibilities include assisting in auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and returns. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with book keeping and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes. Ultimately, you will provide us with accurate quantitative information on financial positions, liquidity and cash flows of our business, while ensuring we're compliant with all tax regulations.

Skills and Requirements

Accountant

Candidate must have knowledge of All accounting work, balance sheet finalization, TDS and Income Tax.

Updating of day-to-day books of accounts (purchases, journal entries, payment, receipts, debit notes,credit notes, etc).

Bank reconciliation & Generation of Accounts Receivables & Payables report and timely communication to management.

Calculation of GST, online payment & return filing.

Timely payment of statutory dues (TDS, GST, ESI & EPF) and filing of returns (GST, TDS, etc.).

Ensuring payments are made to vendors on timely basis.

Budgeting & Tax Planning.

Payroll management.

Foreign Payments Knowledge.

Letters to banks (Requirements).

Follow up with banks for payments and other follow ups.

Accountant Requirements

Minimum educational qualification

Graduate with Commerce background.

Should have good working knowledge of Busy & Tally.

Should have good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) & Google Sheets.

Should have good English speaking & writing skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
